- 1.5 Cup Fresh Orange
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Sugar As Required
- Ice Cubes As Required

- Peel the skin of banana and orange. Chop it and get ready with the ingredients. Add orange to the mixer and blend it till smooth. Now add banana.

1. For more smoothness, you can freeze the banana and orange for 2 days, before use thaw it and use.2. For variation and nutritional value, you can add carrot also. But for perfect orange creamsicle smoothie carrot is not added.
3. You can substitute milk with coconut milk or almond milk for more creaminess.
4. For a twist, you can add a little bit of orange skin while blending.
