Mango Juice is an absolutely delicious drink, that you can hardly prepare within 10 minutes. Also store bought juices surely have preservatives, food colours and flavours. Do try this fresh and home made mango juice recipe without any artificial flavours in this summer. As this is my first juice recipe post I have taken it multiple times to get a clear picture, so the stepwise and final presentation colours may vary.
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- Ice Cubes As Required
Wash and peel the skin of mango. Chop them into small pieces. Now add the chopped mango pieces, sugar and ice cubes to a mixer / juicer / blender.
Grind it to a smooth puree. Adjust water and sugar to your preference.
Serve it chilled in a glass with mango pieces and ice cubes on top.
1. Use good quality of mangoes like Alphonsa, Banganapalli, kesar etc for good taste.
2. Adjust sugar depending upon the sweetness of the mango.
3. Strain the Mango juice, if there is any fibre.
