- Mixer / Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream / Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
Instructions
- First, measure and keep all the ingredients ready. To a mixer, add the chopped mangoes.
- Blend it till smooth without adding water. Measure the puree and keep it as 1 cup.
- To a bowl, add the fresh cream or whipping cream and whip till the peak consistency.
- Now pour the condensed milk and mango puree to the whipped cream. Blend it again, for a few seconds till smooth.
- Pour it in a freezer friendly container and close it with a lid. Freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.

Tips for Homemade Mango Ice Cream Recipe
- Use ripe and juicy mangoes for a good taste. I used Alphonsa mangoes.
- Also, use sweet and fibreless mangoes for a nice taste and texture.
- For a shortcut method, you can buy readymade mango pulp or puree.
- If using whipping cream, whip till the peak consistency. I used fresh cream, so blended it for a few seconds only.
- For a nice flavour and colour, 2 drops of mango essence and yellow food colour can be used.
- The minimum freezing time required for this Homemade Mango Ice Cream is 8 hours or overnight.
