Baby Corn Pepper Fry Recipe / Baby Corn Milagu Varuval with step by step photos and a Short YouTube video. Also, if you Like my video, please share it and don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to my channel. This is a very quick side dish or even name it as a starter, which can be done in flat 15 minutes and tastes very close to 5-star hotel dish. I used freshly roasted and ground peppercorns, which lends a more exotic flavour to the fry. You can follow the same method to prepare mushroom, paneer, potato, carrot, broccoli pepper fry too. I mostly use it as a filling for Dosa, Chapati or Phulka and if interested check my other corn recipes like Sweet Corn Soup and Barbeque Nation Style Corn Crispies.
