Mixed Vegetable Sambar
It’s an another quick version of Kadhamba Sambar but made with Sambar powder. This Mixed Vegetable Sambar can be either be prepared with English vegetables or even country vegetables. But each vegetables adds different flavour and taste to the Sambar. Lets go to the recipe.
1. I used carrot, beans, radish and capsicum. Veggies choice is purely optional.
2. You can use country veggies (nattu kaigari) like brinjal, drumstick, cluster beans, plantain, yellow pumpkin etc.
3. If you are adding okra, first saute okra in oil and then add to Mixed Vegetable Sambar.
