Preparation Time: 15 minutes  |  Serves: 2 to 3

Ingredients
  • Mango – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1 large
  • Cold Milk – 3/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1 tblsp

Directions
1. Wash and peel the skin of mango and banana. Chop the mango and banana. In a blender/mixer add chopped mango and banana. Mango Banana Smoothie Step1

2. Blend it and add sugar.

Tips
1. You can use any good quality and fibreless mangoes.
2. Also sugar can be substituted with honey.
3. You can also add nuts/oats or any dry fruits like dates, fig etc.
4. Milk can be replaced with yogurt or soy milk.
